This machine is a combinated line including face mask blank making
machine and two ear loop welding machines to finish the whole line
produce face mask automatically. This machine operation only needs
one worker to finish collecting.
Non-woven Face Mask Machine Machine features:
1. This machine can produce 1-4layer mask blank. Size can be
adjustable. Adjust range Length 125-180mm, width 80-110mm.
Thickness of mask can be adjust. Length of nose wire can be adjust.
Can change to extra size after chance sealer. Can produce single
nose wire blank and double nose wire blank.
2. conveyor belt to deliver the blank. Fast speed, tidy collect.
3. Easy operation, stable produce and high efficiency.
4. With touch screen to operation full machine, speed, output,
alarm, stop all can be set on screen, easy to operation and to see
the machine statue.
5. Machine made of aluminium shaft, no paint and weld, beauty and
clean.
6. Good brand motor, magnetic wheel with break, low noisy.
7. Ultrasonic to weld the blank. Can do customized logo.
